Replacement & Cancellation
Eduvate replacement policy gives the buyer an option to exchange the product purchased on sparklebox.co.in for any reason within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once the query is raised by using contact us page, replacement will be initiated by considering the problem with the product you purchased. We will replace the component in which you are facing the problem.
You can raise a replacement for your items by using the following steps:
• Log in to sparklebox.co.in
• Go to contact us
• Fill in the details and submit
Once you raise a request, you will get the call from us. Based on the item, you request may be automatically approved or you may be contacted for more details. You can also track the status of your replacement request instantly from “Your order details” section of your Eduvate account.
You can cancel an order within 24 hours from the time of order. Amount paid will be credited back to the same payment mode using which the payment was made. You can visit “Your order details” and select the item or order you want to cancel.
