Cancellation and Refund Policy
We only allow cancellation of the order if it has not been shipped out already.
If the order is shipped out, we will unfortunately not be able to cancel your order. If you decide to return the shipped out order without accepting it, we will deduct the shipping cost and refund the remaining amount to you via the online payment method, you made the payment through.
The refund will be processed from our end within 1 business day from the time the returned shipment is received by us. If your order was never shipped, then 1 business day from the time your cancellation request was approved by our team. The refunded payment will show up in your payment method in anywhere from 5-7 business days.
If you have received the product in a damaged, broken, defective or not usable condition, you can contact our customer support via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call on +919513974454. You will have to email or whatsapp us proof of the product condition in the form of images or videos. Once approved, the amount you have paid would be refunded to you via the online payment method you chose. If you placed the order on Cash On Delivery, we will require your bank account details and we will send the money back via bank transfer.
